How to check all items in checkcombobox in a button ?

You can just follow the step and use it in your code.

yes it is possible. To do this first you go to the checkComboBox checked event. then in that event check whether an item has been checked true or false. If it is true then check whether it is the first index if yes then make a loop and check all item of the checkCombobox except the firstIndex.

iam using an checkcombobox .............items were added dynamically from table...........and intial item name "select all" added firstly rest items were from table

my requirements if i click select all then other item were want to be checked true.is it possible to do

first clarify your question. where your all items reside actually. are you using a listbox, combobox or what. also if you can give a screen shot of your page so i can understand little more what exactly you want.
