How to check Eighter Name or Email already Exits

Any of you please provide me some link for checking eighter UserName/Email is already available

it should checking during the Run time not when we click on Submit form if any video is their i think it will more helpfull for me

I am not sure what you are asking for. Please let us know what you are trying to achieve in bit more details.

Typically, UserName / Email must be checked against a db. Where are you aiming to check? Also, what do you mean by "during the Run time not when we click on submit form", because where are you getting what is to be checked?
