How to check whetherthe checkboxlist is check or not in ajax

How to check whether the checkboxlist is check or not inside the ajax success .When the ajax is success first it check the checkboxlist is checked or not.If Chekboxlist is not checked it pass some values to service,if itz checked the checked values pass to server.

in ajax success u can written this code.

if ($("#yourCheckboxID").is(":checked")) { // checkbox is checked  }

else { // checkbox is not checked  }

hoe this will help u.

In this U see the success . I have slider range.The slider value is post to server side through POST method using webserviceBefore the success is called i wanto to check whether the checkboxlist is checked or not.If the checkboxlst is Uncheckd i want to pass value '0'.

I tried But it cannot check the checkboxlist.My issue is When the page is load ,I hav a slider.When we slide a slider it will check whether the checkboxlist is checked or not.Here The slider values POST to Server side through service.

IN server side when the checkboxlist is checked the checked value is get to the webmehtod ,and the values is based on category price.
