How to close transaction by by pass value using linq c#

Hi Guy

 

Please Help me , when we print report i need to close this transaction by change status into value=False  ; but firsty print report and secondly close transaction because the select of report depend to value=true so i need print if value is true and close after select and print in oreder not need to show this print tarnsaction again . 

 

you can see below code  is running in TextBox_Change and Cmd Excute Qyery
