Try following: select employeeCode, isnull (mail1, '' ) + isnull ( ';' + mail2, '' ) + isnull ( ';' + mail3, '' ) [mail] from [dbo].[employee] Just a side note, having 3 email columns in one table is not quite a good design decision. In cases such as these, it is recommeded that you have separate table with just two columns employeeCode and email and have as many rows as business needs to save email addresses.

There are 3 different column for mail id. For e.g Employeecode mail1 mail2 mail3 23. @mail @mail @mail We need output in below format Employeecode mail 23. @mail;@mail;@mail All 3 mail Id in same column separated with semi colon ;

May be you should provide some sample data. Is the data currently in 3 different columns in the same row? Or in one column in 3 different rows? Please provide sample data in plain text format , so that it can be used to provide you the script. If you give screen-shot we cannot use data from it. Hope you understand.
