I just wanna to know how to create a login by comparng two tables.

(sql management studio/ asp.net web forms)

Can you join the two tables? Something like:
SELECT a.Username, a.whatever
    from dbo.user a JOIN dbo.Consultant c
        ON a.UserId = c.UserId
    WHERE a.UserName = 'whatever' AND a.[Password] = 'Whatever';

I have to user tables as consultant and users. When i am going to create login form i want to compare those two tables.How can i do that?

which are those two tables? what is stored in them?
