how to connect to the sharepoint site which is avail in the same network through object model

Hi everyone,

i had two sharepoint sites, which are avail on different servers but in same network. 
I need to connect to the source site and get all document in a document library and copy to destination site document library, using object model or using sharepoint webservices.

how can i do it? its very urget!!! plz give me the solution.
