Binary to Decimal:
int n = 10;
string counter = "";
while (n >= 1)
{
counter = (n % 2) + counter;
n = n / 2;
}
Console.Write(counter);
Decimal to Binary:
int value = 8;
string binary = Convert.ToString(value, 2);
