You can use the LEADTOOLS Recognition SDK technology in your application. https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/products/document You can leverage the DocumentConverter class, to convert any LEADTOOLS supported file format to any other LEADTOOLS supported file format (i.e. JPEG, PNG, etc. to SVG). Since you will be converting image files to SVG document, you will need to enable OCR Engine support as well. Conver Jpg,png to svg: You need to install the package from Nuget package Manager -> Package Manager console ->Install-package-Aspose.Imaging PM> Install-Package Aspose.Imaging Aspose.Imaging is a library files which gives a image processing features. Using this Aspose package we have to create edit or convert the images. Load JPEG file with Image.Load method. using (var image = Image.Load(inputFile)) After that we have to create a image option base, Dictionary string , ImageOptionsBase> rasterFormatsThatSupportExportAndImport = new Dictionary string , ImageOptionsBase>() { { "jpg" , new JpegOptions()}, { "jpeg" , new JpegOptions()}, { "jpeg2000" , new Jpeg2000Options() }, { "png" , new PngOptions(){ ColorType = PngColorType.TruecolorWithAlpha} }, }; Call the Image.save methode, image.Save(outputFile, exportOptions); After you can pass file path with SVG extension & object of ImageOptionsBase class.
