How to Covert RTF (Rich Text Format) Data Stored In MS SQL to Simple Text

I have a Situation Where I have To retrieve Data From MS Sql which is Stored as RTF in string Type
Column. Now while retrievig I dont Want RTF Data but I want Only Simple Text Data.
   I am Using C# Windows Application .

     Please Suggest me.
