Hi Lily,
1) If you are using SQL Server, attach your database .mdf file to Sql Server (remember, both .mdf and .ldf file in same folder). How to attach? Refer: http://www.packtpub.com/article/moving-a-database-from-sql-server-2005-to-sql-server-2008-in-three-steps
2) Install Setup of your Windows Desktop Application.
