how to create a weather report webpart in sharepoint2013

Hi all,

I want to create a weather report web part in sharepoint 2013 (i.e.,on premises) and that webpart should get display the weather based on client location in his user profile.

Can anyone help with valuable suggestions?

I suggest you to use AngularJS and HTML in script editor and Use Yahoo's weather service.
