If you are already working with ajax then use CalendarExtender control.

There were lots and lot of DateTime picker is available for asp.net.
I can say JQUERY timepicker is the simple and best to implement. You can try that one.
Other tools like Javascript time picker also available. Only thing is you need to add that javascript file in your application and then use it.
