How to create DLL in VC++

Question

hai all, I am a newbie to VC++ in Windows 2000 SP 4. I need to create a DLL for a project file i have, it contatins C fiels, Header files, .dsp, .dsw Does any one give clear step by step procedure to obtain this or quote me the URL for its tutorials. Thanking you. Regards, Arun.
