I presume it's related to the front-end application. you can implement this in various method
1. Create an IAM role for each organisation, then inherit that role-based policy to the user.
2. LDAP is another option
3. Conventional Method. create a user service and which gives your response back as to what roles he can do, which org he is from, based on that you can filter out only limited organisation options instead of global operations.
