How to Create Interactive Rotation control in WPF?

I need Rotation related Control for my App. I find one control which is Visual Studio uses for Rotation Transform (marked in image http://postimg.org/image/taw76z38v/ )

How to create this Rotation UI ?

Thanks for replying @Lakshmanan Sethu. Actually i need interactive control, like if Slider move then image width increase like that, If user rotate a control (this design i'm looking) interactivly then i'll change update code via RotateTransform .

Main thing i'm looking is A design which is perfect for Rotation like Render Transform control in Visual studio (attached to this)
