Hi Amit Gupta,

I have written after right clicking column visiblity and tablix properties and wrote the expression in the visiblity section as shown in the attachment...please do find the attachment and do the needful!!

There might be a silly mistake, please recheck that you had written in the expression and not in value property (right click-> expression)

Hi Amit Gupta,

I have created 3 list and added 3 textbox each into it and in 1st list,in the tablix proprerties visiblity, i added expression =IIF(Fields!RANK.Value mod 3=1,false,true) and in 2nd list,in the tablix proprerties visiblity, i added expression =IIF(Fields!RANK.Value mod 3=2,false,true) and in 3rd list,in the tablix proprerties visiblity, i added expression =IIF(Fields!RANK.Value mod 3=0,false,true) and there are 8 column values in the query but all the 8 values are displaying in the list having the expression =IIF(Fields!RANK.Value mod 3=1,false,true)

Please do the needful and oblige!!

It doesn't divide, you have to take 3 list as your column and at all the three the iif expression has to be written then it will behave like expected. Do try and let me know.

Hi Amit Gupta,

All the steps i did as given in the video but when i ran the report,the data is completely appearing where the

=IIF(Fields!RANK.Value mod 3=2,false,true)
expression is wriiten...it is not at all dividing into 3 coulmns...please do the needful!!

To show/hide the list (3 columns), it requires a sequential number, you should have a column that holds the sequence number.

Use List instead of tablix and take a Rectangle under list and create your custom size label
