How to Create MD5 Password Encryption in MVC.

i am using asp.net MVC and now i want to Encrypt my password in MD5 format and not to generate like 5D-6F-M6-5L ... type but i want to generate encrypted password without "-" and Uppercase like : e5h7f3g6d8f6d4s20d.

please answer me quickly its argent.

using System.Security.Cryptography;
using System.Text;

namespace project_name.Controllers
{
    public class TestController : Controller
    {
         public static string EncMD5(string password)
         {
                MD5 md5 = new MD5CryptoServiceProvider();
                UTF8Encoding encoder = new UTF8Encoding();
                Byte[] originalBytes = encoder.GetBytes(password);
                Byte[] encodedBytes = md5.ComputeHash(originalBytes);
                password= BitConverter.ToString(encodedBytes).Replace("-","");
               var result = password.ToLower();
          }
     }
}

Try the following the below two methods.

  byte[] bytes_md5_out = md5.ComputeHash(bytes_md5_in);

str_md5_out = BitConverter.ToString(bytes_md5_out);
str_md5_out = str_md5_out.Replace("-", "");
}
return str_md5_out;
}

{
MD5 md5 = new MD5CryptoServiceProvider();
byte[] fromData = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str);
byte[] targetData = md5.ComputeHash(fromData);
