Can i create service in different class and call in main()?

Yes. All you have to do is configure them like this:
public static IHostBuilder CreateHostBuilder(string[] args) =>
       Host.CreateDefaultBuilder(args)
           .ConfigureServices((hostContext, services) =>
           {
               services.AddHostedService();
               services.AddHostedService();
               services.AddHostedService();
           });

You can use BackgroundService to create a service in .NET Core console app or even in ASP.NET Core app: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/host/hosted-services?view=aspnetcore-2.2&tabs=visual-studio

If you are using Visual Studio 2019 with .NET Core 3, you should be able to use the template WorkerService project to get started. https://wakeupandcode.com/worker-service-in-asp-net-core/

Here's a quick example:
using Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting;
using Microsoft.Extensions.Logging;
using System;
using System.Threading;
using System.Threading.Tasks;

namespace WorkerServiceDemo
{
    public class Worker : BackgroundService
    {
        private readonly ILogger _logger;

        public Worker(ILogger logger)
        {
            _logger = logger;
        }

        protected override async Task ExecuteAsync(CancellationToken stoppingToken)
        {
            while (!stoppingToken.IsCancellationRequested)
            {
                _logger.Log(LogLevel.Information, "Worker running at: {time}", DateTimeOffset.Now);
                await Task.Delay(2000, stoppingToken);
            }
        }
    }
}
Then you can call and register that service in Program class like this:
public class Program
{
        public static void Main(string[] args)
        {
                CreateHostBuilder(args).Build().Run();
        }

        public static IHostBuilder CreateHostBuilder(string[] args) =>
            Host.CreateDefaultBuilder(args)
                .ConfigureServices((hostContext, services) =>
                {
                    services.AddHostedService();
                });
}
