you can create session for any value for any pages weather its is for admin or user...if you are asking for only session variable there you can create sessions like this if you are asking for roles??
Create Session:
session["sessionvariablename"]= value;
Get Session Value:
Response.Write(Session["sessionvariablename"].ToString());
