how to create setup file in visual Studio 2010

I am going to create setup file in vs2010 but it works on my pc only.

I whant to work this setup file on other pc but there is problem of database .i am using database of sql server. windows application.

It does not work on other pc.

because i dont know how to attach database in setup file .

i need solution.

plzz help
