How to Create Tooltip on Code Behind for "TAB Button"

Hi Friends......,

I Need to Create a Tooltip on code behind when tab button is clicked it moves from one "text box A" to "text box B" . when cursor is in textbox B tool tip needs to show "Tooltip Message"........

Is There any Code Plz Let Me Know ASAP

Its for Mouse Cursor tool tip but i need it to work on when TAB Button is Clicked (it need to show the Name)

For labels
Lable1.ToolTip = "Your text as tooltip";
Label2.ToolTip = "Your text as tooltip";


For Textbox
TextBox1.Attributes.Add("title","MyTitle");
TextBox2.Attributes.Add("title","MyTitle");
