How to deal with PSD file in Visual Studio 2005

I am working Visual Studio 2005 and i want to know how to open PSD file in Visual Studio 2005 and deal with it,

I want to see its HTML and CSS to deal with them,

Is a PSD file created by Visual Studio? If not, then what softwre creates it? What happens when you try to open a PSD file in VS?
