Database design can be complex and an application can be significantly influenced by how well the data is designed. This web site has many useful and relevant articles. There are also hundreds of good books that can help. Investing time to do a good database design will save much time in the future.

Mine is a database driven website so what all things should i consider while deigning database and how about concurrency errors

You need to study your application entirely, how it going to work, must work on SDLC etc.. Then seaprate out different layers like presentation, businees, data access layer etc.. Which technology, backend, framework goin to use..
