how to declare item as a record using sharepoint 2013 workflow

I used to do in sharepoint 2010 workflow.

there is no option in sharepoint 2013 workflow.

now sharepoint 2010 they are removing and i cant used sharepoint 2010 workflow after october.

Any suggestions please.

i need to declare item automatically not manually .
