how to decries panel size in user control using c# winform ?

panel.size=new system.drowing.size(panel.Width,(panel.Height-10));

when i maximize form panel also goes to maximize, when i minimize form panel also minimize how to do this anyone help me....

i can use like this code single form resize panel size but usercontrol panel can't resize in form .....

public class form1:Form
{
public form1()
{
InitializeComponent();
}
usercon uscon=new usercon();
private void form1_Load (object sender, EventArgs e)
{
uscon.Parent=panel1;
}
private void button_click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{

Use the ANCHOR property of that panel, it will increase/decrease its height/width according to the form.
