dt.Rows[0].Delete(); // first row removed.

Try as below-

DataTable dt1 = ds.Tables[0];

foreach(DataRowView dr in dt1.DefaultView) {
dr.Row.Delete();
}

// Finale step, remove the deleted rows 
dt1.AcceptChanges();

Hi,

Before everyone jumps on the 'You can't delete rows in an Enumeration' bandwagon, you need to first realize that DataTables are transactional, and do not technically purge changes until you call AcceptChanges().

Try this code :

ds.Tables[0].Rows[0].Delete();
ds.Tables[0].AcceptChanges();

Or
ds.Tables["TableName"].Rows[0].Delete();
ds.Tables["TableName"].AcceptChanges();
