when you are deleting records from grid, in delete code you can write subtraction of total amout tax,etc from below text boxes based on deleting record values

Empty your all textboxes after successfully deleted record in your code like

textbox1.Text="";

textbox2.Text="";

and so on....

Make a Reset() method in your code and call it after every manipulation...

txtBox1.text="";
txtBox2.text="";
txtBox3.text="";
