how to delete used com ports

i want to delete com port which are in use (In my system com3,com4......com16).

i want to delete\uninstall these used com ports...

i have tried from registry

1 . HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter

then modify ComDB to 0

2. run command prompt by administrator, then set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1

start devmgmt.msc

uninstall hidden com ports...

though it deletes used com ports , my driver does not installed on these com ports it takes com 17, but i want from 3 to 9

also on reboot system all used com ports are comes as it is...

. plz help me, if anyone knows the solution..
