How to deploy silverlight application in destop?

          I am new one in silverlight development. i am developed silverlight navigation application and connect database using web services it's working good in visual studio debug time. but i want install application in another desktop it's not connect on database (web service used).

Any one know how to deploy silverlight application (oob) in desktop plz tell me.
