How to design a Report?

Hi to All,
I have to design 22 pages Report using Crystal ports(crystal Report viewer)

I have designed First page in page header ,its height is over .
i want to design 2nd page .How to design that page?
is there any possible to increase the pageheader height?

Help me

Thanks, I have one more Doubt. I want to dispaly data in 2nd page.in that some space is empty. i want to display data in 3rd page only. but 3rd page data start from 2nd page.i want to display 3rd page data in 3rd page only help me
