How to Detect Connected Device and its contents Automatically From ASP.Net

asp net is pulling data meaning it cant detect anything on client machine, what you can do is have a small client that will work against a handler that you will build, that handler will insert data to a db saying that the current ip has new devices update.
you will need to ajax a command to another handler that will check against the db for ip based changes, if detected then select the device you need and do the logic you are required to do.
