How to detect document.ready function present on page

I don't think that you can check whether document.ready is present or not. Instead you can prevent execution for second time using an global variable.

First declare a variable k in your page

var k=0;

Now in your code, change as below -

sbCheck.Append("$(document).ready(function () {");

sbCheck.Append("alert('test')");

sbCheck.Append("});");

this.Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(this.GetType(), ClientID, sbCheck.ToString(), true);

this piece of code will be in custom control,so if we registrer this custom control multiple time on page then we have multiple $(document).ready(function ()

but i want only one to that page.
