I am confused with how to manage things like While placing order check the product is there? How to avoid conflict if some products have in cart and do not order. I am confused with quantity. How manage it. So that inconsistent value must not store in db

There are so many use cases involved here. I would suggest you to first create a high level flow diagram, that would give you much clear picture. Once your paper work is done, then technology constraints can be dealt.
