HOW TO DIPLAY AVG TEMPARATURE BASED ON VLOTAGE?

Dear All,

 

i have a small doubt i want to diplay temparture based on avg please help me.

 

Voltage Range	Temperature Band
2.28 to 0V	109 to 120 deg.cel

 

here when the voltage between 2.28 to 0 then i want to diplay value from 109 to 120 degrees .so if 2.29 then i wnat to diplay some related value .please help me how can i do this .
