You didn't mention the definition of 'doing it hard way'. So, it may vary from person to person. For me hard way means by using external tool or by writing code/macros. I request you to be more specific next time for your queries while posting.
On timing front, don't worry it is not going to take your weeks, in fact it will not take more than 5 mins, if you are doing this for ALL the commands. I tried it for 3 and it took less than 10 seconds.

Stop! You didn't read carefully my question? It says «without need of doing it hard way» this means, to do it fast, not spending week doing that, ok?
In first place I need this to solve annoying feature in Word 2013 look at picture.
This happens when I press Alt, this prevents getting work done, is that clear?
