how to disable displayed usercontrol value when check box value is not checked?

hi can any one hlep me to solve this


am using user control as gridview in my dynamic project when displayed records if textbox is checked value tat row i want to display or if not checked  i want to disable tat ..

here i want to disable not checked value for btChangable.
