how to disable 1 radiobutton from radiobuttonlist?

i have 4 radiobutton list

0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0

if i select first radiobutton from list 1 then all the first radiobutton from remaining three list must be disabled.

plz provide more details. on which situation you want to disable it.
