How to display data from database on timeline ?

I have table name projectapproveReject where i manage projectid,uploadedby,acceptedby,rejectedby that is RollID,Datebise.I want to display data on time line from starting to end that is who has uploaded and then who accepted.

Hi. Based on your requirement write down the query inside the stored procedure and get the data by using procedure and bind it to grid or something like that means as per your requirement. Thanks.
