how to display images using crystal reports with file names from hard disk

Dear All,

please any one help me in displaying of images using crystal reports with file names from hard disk and these images will change dynamically
Ex: in one folder its having 10 images in one page i have to show one image like this the result output contains 10 pages with 10 images

Graphic Location is not apeared on Image Object in Picture Tab in Crystal Report 9 and Crystal Report 2008 So how can i set Image location for the Image in another way..

hello all, i want to show image in crystal report which is stored in folder on my hosting site. i have done this all steps as piyush told and also give the path in graphic of images which i want. but still default image is showing, it is not showing which i gave the path. May be i am giving path in wrong format.below is my image path . "D:/inetpub/vhosts//epaydesk.com/in/images/"+"poweredby3.png" plZ tell me how to give path.

hi satya Here is a very very clear and easy way, I started using it last week after searching for a method for some time. These are easy short steps. 1)Save a default "Not Available" image in your images folder (you can download one from google small images). 2)open crystal reports 3)Go to the Insert menu. 4)Click on Picture. 5)A window will open for you to choose a picture, choose the default one from step 1. 6)click ok and place it on the report. 7)Right click the image & click Format Graphic. 8)In the form that will open, click on the "Picture" tab. 9)Click on the formula button next to "Graphic Location". 10)In the formula editor that will open, just select the path field from your table and save the formula. Now what will happen is that the formula will be checked first to get the file from the path, if the file was found it will be displayed. If it wasn't found then the "Not Availabel" image will be displayed. try it
