How to display records based on their field values in asp.net using access database

Am new to this concept, pls help to me,

actually my Requirement is, i have a  college database, in this i have 15 fields, in that some of the colleges having 15 field values and some of the colleges have only 8 to 9 field values.
so how to display colleges whole values without omitting any fields
