if you want to do all in one short then
write all statement together in one plase and call this procedure.

if you want to do seperatly insert, update, delete but in one stored procedure then
create proocedure add all parameters and add one one more parameter like @mode
then you can pass this @mode from asp.net page what action you want to do
example @mode,"Insert" or @mode,"update". and check it in procedure using if condition in stored procedure
if @mode='Insert'
begin
insert into table values
end
else if @mode='update'
begin
Update table set ...
end

like this you can do it

If you plan to do all three operation on a single table by passing a parameter, I strongly discourage you from doing so.

You are better of writing three separate stored procedures.
