Hi Dong,

To make your controls movable by a mouse using the following line of code
Helper.ControlMover.Init(this.groupBox1);
Helper.ControlMover.Init(this.button1);

Hi Dong,

You cannot write drag and drop event in controls. But you can create controls using code. Please find the sample code to create groupbox control in winforms.
private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
       {
           GroupBox groupBox = new GroupBox();
           groupBox.Name = "sampleGroupBox";
           groupBox.Text = "Group box rendered in Runtime";
           groupBox.Location = new Point(50, 100);
           groupBox.Width = this.Width - 100;
           groupBox.Height = this.Height - 100;
           this.Controls.Add(groupBox);
       }
