How to Enable/Disable Href link at code behind

Question

in my asp.net application  there are users like director and employees 

when both logs in they get a same dashboard in the left side which is common for both of the users containing different links i want to create one more link which only director can click and redirect to different page employee cannot.

 

i want to know how can these be done by using session manager.
