You can do it in different ways. I am saying simple way:

 

In SQL Server Management Studio, connect to the Database Engine server type, expand Databases, right-click a database, point to Tasks, and then click Import Data or Export data.

 

It will create individual tabs for each table. Suppose you have 10 tables the it will create 10 tabs in your excel sheet.
