How to feel country state city this type of drop down list

I need dropdown list country from which i select country and state will be automatically filled and i am selecting state will be automatically field . But i need values hardcoded not by the database.

In my knowledge i get this as if you want to set two dropdownlist one is country ddl and the second one is state dll right. if you choose country ddl then the state filed is automatically wants to be filled. Hi dear, I have to take 2 combobox. Conbobox1 has add some country After selection Combobox 1 then fill some state name in combobox2. like Code here.
