How to fetch Items details from SP library using Javascript

I have created library and some items details are stored in SP library.

if i filter Any Unique column based on that column related items will fetch and display it.

i need to save this code with .js extension- save this file to Site Asset-after that need to create editor webpart and paste in edit webpart mode.?

Try to use below code, it might help you.
function getListItems(listTitle,success,error)

but, im not getting how i start the opertaion because, in my scenario i already created library and stored data there. simpley i need to find the on basis of unique ID column fiter.
