How to find height, width ,sweepangle of arc to draw arc?

Question

I need to find the height, width and sweep angle of arc.. i am having startangle , endangle , startingpoint, endingpoint ,center point and radius of the arc?

Previously I have worked in vb6 to draw Arc. 

In VB.net   Arc is not coming correctly..

So I need some help regarding this..
