how to find number of days in a month

workingdays textbox datetimepicker(for selecting month)

i want number of days of particular month when i select the datetimepicker calendar

please send the code how to do.

In view of what Satyapriya and I have said above, I'm not going to respond to your two new threads on this matter.

However, I will say that if a working day means Monday to Saturday, then clearly this line in the above code:

if (dt.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Saturday && dt.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Sunday)

should be replaced with this one:

if (dt.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Sunday)

I think your problem had solved. If so then you should accept the answer. Most of the time I notice that you are not accepting the answer. If you just want the total number of days in a month, working days or not, then use instead:

private void dateTimePicker1_ValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
DateTime dt = dateTimePicker1.Value;
int days = DateTime.DaysInMonth(dt.Year, dt.Month);
textBox1.Text = days.ToString();
}

Assuming working days means Monday to Friday, try this:

private void dateTimePicker1_ValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
DateTime dt = dateTimePicker1.Value;
dt = new DateTime(dt.Year, dt.Month, 1);

int workingDays = 0;

for (int i = 0; i < DateTime.DaysInMonth(dt.Year, dt.Month); i++)
{
if (dt.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Saturday && dt.DayOfWeek != DayOfWeek.Sunday)
{
workingDays++;
}
dt = dt.AddDays(1);
}

textBox1.Text = workingDays.ToString();
}
