How to fix remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer error.

Hello Rakesh,

1)Make sure remote computer is not shutdown]

2)Make sure you have permission as user account, confirm your account available in remote desktop computer.

3)Please check fairwall settings as,

Open the start menu and type “Allow an app through Windows firewall.” Alternatively, navigate to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps.

Look for a button called “Change Settings” on the right-hand top corner of the page and click it.

4)Please antivirus settings

5)if your using public network your computer can block remote desktop computer

6)It will not connect if remote computer updating window updates

7)Make sure you have proper internet connection

8)try resseting your account

9)Check group policy

10)Check network properties

Enable Remote Desktop setting on Windows OS.
Right Click on PC
Open settings
Open Remote Desktop
